Extremely rare original Grosse Germany gold plated heart shape diamante pave set.
In original condition, never been used. Clip on earrings, necklace and bangle all sold separately. Please note unless you buy both items they will not be delivered with original Grosse bag, it is reserved for the whole suite if purchased together.
