•40cm x 25 x 36cm, signed John MACPHERSON 1986, in good condition. Rare offering from our private collection.
• please note there are scratches on the base consistent with age and use. Also minor internal bubble fissure near rim, but no crack, no chip or flea bites, overall in good condition, as pictured. Almost 6kg of glass, a very substantial piece.

JOHN MACPHERSON
- Active in America between 1960-1980s. He exhibited in galleries and sold his pieces through galleries only. There isn’t much information on his works since all were exhibited and published in paper not digital publication. Which makes collecting his works even more exciting.
- His pieces from the mid-1980s often feature free-form shapes, are blown, coloured, carved decoration (e.g., wave-like carving).
- The works are signed and dated on the underside, which helps in authentication.
