Due to the fragile and second-hand nature of the goods we sell, most items will have minor defects, scratches, cracks and or wear and tear. Also due to the reflective nature of glass, sometimes the tint or tone of the item might be darker or lighter in real life compared to the online photos. We try our best to capture the item as is in the online listing but will not process a refund or exchange and or replacement if the colour of the item is a bit lighter or darker in real life.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE A REFUND, EXCHANGE AND OR REPLACEMENT IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON VINTAGE JEWELLERY OR ANY ITEMS LISTED IN OUR GEMS ET CETERA COLLECTION.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about;
• it is significantly different from the listing description.
If the above applies to your purchase in-store, please bring the item back to GLASS ET CETERA within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase for refund or exchange. if this applies to an online purchase, please contact our friendly Customer Care team at email@example.com to initiate a case.

Returns, refunds, exchanges must be accompanied by a GLASS ET CETERA issued receipt.
Note: Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
