1950s hand made Scandinavian purple sommerso glass posy vase by Gunnar NYLUND for Strombergshyttan.
13cm x 8cm, thick heavy hand made glass, minor scratches and wear consistent with age and use, overall in good condition.
Iconic timeless design, part of our recent acquisition from Orrefors, Sweden, ex museum display, examples can be viewed at the Swedish National Museum in Stockholm, extremely rare since they’re signed and in excellent condition.
