1970s green glass whimsical vase by Riihimaki glass works.
23cm x 12cm, thick heavy hand made glass, in good condition.

Kasperi vase made by Riihimäki Glassworks was designed by Erkkitapio Siiroinen in the early 1970s. The green Kasperi vase makes a beautiful eye-catcher for the windowsill, shelf or as part of a table setting.
The Kasperi glass series decorated with an amoeba-like floral pattern was produced at the Riihimäki glass factory from 1970 to 1972. The series includes candleholders of three sizes, as well as vases, which were made of clear, yellow, green and red glass. The Kasperi pitcher, four bowls of different sizes, and various tumblers were made of clear and yellow glass.
